- Indian Passport holders must submit physical passports at our Delhi office at least 07 working days prior to departure for group visa processing.
- Foreign Passport holders must arrive in Kathmandu 03 working days prior to departure (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) for Chinese visa formalities, unless holding an existing valid visa.
- The 3-day Kailash Parikrama (Outer Kora) is optional; yatris not trekking can stay at Darchen (extra hotel stay charges apply as per local rates).
- Accommodation during the Kailash Parikrama is in basic mudhouses/dormitories with limited washroom amenities due to remote high-altitude terrain.
- Light packed lunch is provided during the trek; yatris are encouraged to carry personal high-energy snacks, nuts, and glucose.
- High-altitude travel involves fluctuating weather and thin air; yatris should consult their physician and carry recommended acclimatization medicine (e.g. Diamox).
- Flight schedules between Kathmandu and Lhasa remain subject to weather, operational safety, and civil aviation authorities.
- 5% GST applicable on all package quotations as per government regulations.
