- A 10% advance deposit of the total trip amount is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance will be paid as per the agreed schedule.
- Trek arrangements (walking, pony, doli, or helicopter) are not part of the standard package; all associated costs are borne directly by the traveller.
- Mobile network connectivity can be unreliable at high altitudes and trek points (especially near Kedarnath, Sonprayag, and Gaurikund). Please pre-coordinate meeting points with your driver.
- The standard drop-off is at Haridwar. If you wish to be dropped off en route at Rishikesh, please intimate the driver in advance.
- AC in vehicles will strictly operate in the plains up to Rishikesh only and will remain switched off in hilly terrains as per mountain driving regulations.
- Cancellation Policy: Up to 30 days prior to departure: Free cancellation, only the 10% booking deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellation Policy: Between 20 to 30 days prior to departure: 20% of the total tour amount is charged as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Policy: 0 to 20 days prior to departure: 100% of the booking deposit is charged as cancellation fee.
